Through private sessions with me, I help you connect with your inner self, HEAR yourself, and empower your own voice to EXPRESS itself. Along the way, we harness the power of sound, voice, music, and words in various ways to open up your own channels of hearing & expressing, unique to you, as well as your own psychic information pathways.
My work is based in the voice. I am a therapeutic voiceworker, holistic mental & emotional healthcare coach, clairaudience & psychic development teacher, and a blessed singer, songwriter, and pianist. I work directly with your voice, body, emotions, and psyche to help you gently yet powerfully clear blocks, heal wounds, and re-wire successful pathways of expression to get you speaking up, feeling heard, and going after what you want in your life. From stuck and suppressed to actively YES!
It starts with a gentle shaking of things up thru acknowledging and honoring what has gone unnoticed, unheard, or unwelcome (there's good reasons for this! NO shame). Allowing all of yourself to have a voice, laying to rest voices the no longer serve you, and giving yourself permission to speak & shine like never before (or at least start organizing your day according to what you truly desire to do, say no and yes SO much more easily, and prioritize what makes you feel healthy, happy, and peaceful).

In case it matters to you, by trade I have been a masters level music therapist & mental health counselor since 2008, working with hundreds of adults, kids, & teens across the U.S. in schools, day treatment centers, hospitals, group homes, private homes & communities, and online via zoom, achieving empowered holistic health outcomes through the transformative use of sound, voice, music, movement, creativity, and the expressive arts.

I also channel-craft inspired songs with unique messages & healing music & words specifically for you, upon request (pending availability). Comes with a half-hour session before AND after (1-2 weeks after you receive the song), to help you unpack its gifts & decipher its meanings. These are completely magical and on-point for your growth.
